In no event is the fee charged
to exceed the cost to the board of social services. If counseling
services are provided by the Confidential Intermediary, they will be
provided by written agreement on a fee scale agreed upon by the agency and
the individual receiving the services. An initial deposit of $250.00 is
applied to the actual costs of services. The hourly rate of services
can fluctuate monthly depending upon the agency's cost of the Confidential
Intermediary in a particular month.
